Hello everyone! I hope you all have a good day today. The project that I am going to share today it's my first altered composition book which I got inspired by Michelle on YouTube, she shared her altered book which it's really beautiful so I gave myself a try to make one.
I adhered both front and back covers with pattern paper first then I covered front side with lace and my handmade doily, I also attached two layers of lace on the bottom, top and the right side edge then glued down the image that I decoupaged on piece of felt and decorated the edge with small lace trim. For the flower, I made them out of lace, sheer ribbon and touched up with gesso. I made a bow out of lace then attached on the top with sheer ribbon flower.
For the inside I covered with pattern paper. A pocket made of black card stock and punch the top with Martha Stewart punch, I fussy cut out the flowers from Magazine and adhere on top then I created big pocket using the pages from the book itself and covered it with pattern paper. I did the same pocket on the inner side of the back cover as well. Hope you like it and thank you for visiting.
